Job Description:
.75% time position
CADY’s Restorative Justice Program, implemented in 2007, provides a community-based alternative to court sentencing for first-time juvenile offenders. The restorative justice process holds youth offenders accountable for their actions and requires them to restore losses to their victims and the community. Our goal is to also help youth develop
skills to become productive members of the community.
Coordinator duties include coordination and facilitation of the process with youth, families, victims, community volunteers, police departments, schools, Juvenile Probation and Parole Officers, and the Plymouth District Court.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Education, Human Services or related field with three year’s experience or equivalent experience and education. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills; strong interpersonal and communication skills; and program management experience. Knowledge of the NH juvenile justice system is an additional desired asset.
This grant funded position includes pro-rated benefits and a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
