Maple Sugaring in the Plymouth Region

Each spring from mid-February through early April, Sugar Houses throughout the state are abuzz with the production of nature's liquid gold. 

New Hampshire is known for its plentiful and scrumptious maple products.  During the season, many sugar houses open their doors to visitors engaging guests to learn, participate and sample in the process and production of this 300-year-old annual ritual.  Join travelers and locals alike who flock to their favorite sugarshacks and restaurants each spring to sample the year's bounty.
