14th Annual Chamber Internet Auction
The 14th Annual Plymouth Chamber of Commerce Auction is just around the corner.
The Auction will officially start
March 14 and run until March 30.
We would like to thank you for your support of the Auction in the past, and we hope that you will join us as a bidder this year. We have some great items ready to be auctioned. This is your chance to get some great deals while supporting your local community. To make your shopping easier, keep checking the Web site for the most current list available.
This year’s Auction is an Internet “E-Bay” style auction. Each donated item has been assigned an item number and is listed with its value and the name of the business that donated the item. You may have the opportunity to view the items at the business who has donated the item.
Remember the Auction runs from March 14 until March 30
so check back often to see any new items.
How to Bid
This year, the auction site is located at:
If you have had a BIDDER NUMBER in the past, you still have that bidder number for the 2008 Auction.
If you have bid in the past, please go to:
There are 2 ways to log in here. If you remember your bidder number, you should be able to log right in and select your new username and password. If you do not remember your bidder number, but still have access to the e-mail address you last used, you can receive an e-mail with your bidder number to that address and be able to log in initially via the same page, using the method above.
Otherwise, you will have to call the Chamber to retrieve your bidder number. Please do not create a new account.
If you are a new bidder, please go to:
Once you have your username and password, and log in, you can find your items to bid on. This year, we have added categories so you can find your items easier.
When you place a bid, you will receive an e-mail confirming your bid. If you happen to outbid someone, they will also receive an e-mail stating that they have been outbid. Your name or any identifying information will not be conveyed to the other bidder.
Each bid is date and time stamped.
At the conclusion of the Auction, winning bidders will be notified by e-mail. Once a bid has been accepted, the bidder is liable for payment of the item in a timely manner. Payment will be required within a week from invoice. Payment may be made by cash, check, credit card or through PayPal. (See Terms and Conditions.) A receipt will be delivered to you upon payment.
Winners, after payment is made, are responsible for picking up their item and showing proof of purchase at the place of business that donated the item.
Again we thank you for your continued support of the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce and our local business community.
