List Your Event
When is it produced?
The Calendar of Events will be produced three times each year. They will be winter/spring,
summer and fall/winter. What is the deadline?
The deadline to submit for each calendar term is on the submission form. How do I submit the information?
Information is to be given to the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce via mail, fax or
dropped off. The Chamber's web site will soon have an on-line version to submit.
Please, only one event per form - you may copy this form for future submission. Who can submit?
Anyone can! Preference is given to chamber members, non-profit groups or events
that would significantly impact our area/community. All information is subject
to editing and/or refusal. Who will see and receive this calendar?
The calendar will be distributed throughout the community via several avenues:
chamber mailing and information packets, local businesses and organizations, and
school distribution to name a few. It will also be available on-line thru the
Chamber's web site as well as through businesses that want to link to it. What type of information are you looking for?
We are looking for events that would significantly impact our community. For example,
on the calendar you will see: Concerts on the Common, area festivals and crafts
fairs, Highland Games, State fairs, NASCAR races, holiday parades, and church
or group fundraisers. Please remember that all information is subject to editing
and/or refusal. How often is the Calendar of Events updated?
The calendar will only be printed three times each year. If events come into the
Chamber's office after the deadline, we will not be able to put the event in print,
however we will be able to include it in the on-line calendar which will be updated
